You've built a career.
But something still doesn't fit.

A 20-week executive coaching programme for women leaders who've built amazing careers and are now ready to stop playing small inside their own lives.
To lead not just with their head, but with their whole self. Integrated. Grounded.
Undeniably powerful on their own terms.

We’ve worked with leaders from

Maybe?

  • You have a little voice in your head telling you how you should be doing a little more.

  • You're exhausted, questioning the cost of success.

  • You're loving and kind and supportive to everyone around you. And you say the meanest things to yourself.

  • You're feeling frustrated, feeling inauthentic, and uncertain what leadership style is even yours.

  • You've probably been told you're too much. And not enough. Sometimes you believe both at the same time.

  • You're barely keeping a lid on anger or tears and you're resentful and scared that this is life.

You've stopped playing small.
But you haven't yet started playing fully.

The nervous system that fires into vigilance the moment someone questions your judgment.
And it has left you with more tense than you want to be.
Closer to the edge than anyone knows.

Your body is sending signals you keep overriding.
An aching body that carries the weight of years of performance and haven't yet been given permission to put it down.
The perpetual cycle of almost burnout and checking out that no amount of strategy has yet broken.

You're doing the inner work. Probably have read the books. Tried the frameworks.
And the gap is still there between understanding something in your mind and actually embodying it.

That is what this programme is designed for.
Not to fix you.
Not to change you.
But to give you back the parts of yourself that the armor has been protecting and help you lead from that whole, integrated, undeniable place.
On your own terms.
Finally.

You are, by external measure, a success. Senior Manager. Director. VP. Partner. Head of.
The titles are real.

And you've reached a career inflection point where you know that
what got you here isn't getting you further.

A little voice inside is second-guessing yourself in the rooms where your voice matters most.
There's a confidence gap you can't bridge on your own.
Delivering brilliance while running on empty.

You've learned to operate in rooms that weren't designed with you in mind.
You've mastered the code-switch.
You've navigated the double bind your entire career.
Too assertive, too soft, too much, not enough.
Never quite right, no matter how well you play it.

And somewhere beneath the performance, you're depleted and questioning whether this is just what it costs.
Whether this is simply what the top requires of you.

What hasn't been addressed yet is the part of you that braces before a difficult conversation.

“I started working with Angga at a time where i wanted to explore my professional, spiritual and emotional sides more.

Aspects that I previously thought required different toolkits and therefore cannot be explored with one single coach. With Angga, we explored it all.

Angga provided the right balance of active listening, challenging prompts, and supportive tools and words.

We achieved all the goals I set out, and more.

Beneath The Armor Custom Programme

Meet the Founder

I'm Anggakara. I've spent 8 years coaching leaders at companies like Google, Meta, Amazon, BP, and Salesforce. I'm passionate about equity and representation at the highest levels in business.

This work comes from insights and frustration I've experienced supporting leaders who, most of the time, are the usual suspects: pale, male & middle-aged to older.
My work is in service to women. I was raised by a fierce mother and she inspires me.
I’m struck that people forgets that we all come from a mother and as soon as they get to the work place they operate from ‘dog eat dog’ mentality.

Corporate environments are often unsafe for women. I don't promote "bring your whole self to work." Armor is necessary. But it must stay conscious, flexible, and chosen.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 8 years coaching insights with hundreds of leaders

  • Deep study of how power and influence actually work inside patriarchal structures

  • Personal experience of burnout, collapse, and rebuilding from the inside out

  • Prime Minister's Office Points of Light Award 2023

  • UK's Sole Licensed Practitioner — Talents Mapping (TMUK)

  • Certified Vision Quest Guide, School of Lost Borders

  • Positive Intelligence Coach

  • Conscious Business Coach from Fred Kofman

  • Polyvagal Theory Applied Practice

  • EMCC Practitioners Coach

I've worked with hundreds of women leaders.
I understand what happens when protective patterns become restrictive ones.

Five Pillars.
One Transformation.

This programme foundation is built on 5 pillars, the patterns that I’ve seen in coaching hundreds of executives and high performers over the past 8 years in some of the world's biggest organisations.

Pillar 1: The Armor Was Intelligent

The strategies that built your career are now the ones getting in the way.

You didn't get to where you are by accident.
The way you learned to show up & the ability to walk into any room and hold your ground.
That was earned and it worked.

But somewhere along the way, the strategies that made you successful started costing more than they used to.
The higher you've climbed, the heavier it's felt.
The leadership presence that gets you respect in the room is the same thing that leaves you exhausted by the time you get home.
The standards that drove your career forward are the same ones that mean you feel never quite enough, no matter what the evidence says.

Underneath the strategies, there's a story you've needed to be true,
I'm competent.
I'm the one who holds it together.

And emotions, the quiet ones that surface when you're exhausted or quietly drowning,
those feel dangerous. Not just uncomfortable.
Because they threaten the story and the identity

So the armour stays on.
Because you've been protecting something that felt essential to survive.

It's the most common thing I see in women leaders.
The armour that protected you on the way up is now the thing standing between you and the leader you actually want to be.
We don't start by dismantling anything.
We start by understanding what you built and what it's been quietly guarding all this time.

Pillar 2: The Voice Running The Whole Operation

The inner critic isn't a personal failing. It's the engine your success has been running on.

High performers have an inner voice. You probably know it well.
The one that runs the post-meeting analysis.
That replays the thing you said three days ago.

That voice is why you've achieved what you have. She pushed you and kept you sharp.
It meant you never stopped improving.
The one that means you never quite stop because stopping feels like the moment it all catches up with you.

On a deeper level, the inner critic is a protective mechanism, brilliant when it's conscious, costly when it's not.
And when it runs unconsciously, which for most high performers it does, constantly, it stops being fuel and starts being a drain.

Underneath it is an avoidance of emotions.
They mutates.
Avoid fear and it becomes anxiety.
Avoid shame and it becomes perfectionism.
Avoid sadness and it becomes numbness.

The emotion doesn't disappear.
And the voice keeps running the operation.

The self-criticism that used to drive performance starts undermining it.
The standard that built your career starts quietly dismantling your confidence from the inside.

And here's the part that matters for your leadership right now: you cannot lead with full presence when part of your attention is permanently turned inward, managing the voice.

The most sophisticated leaders I work with aren't the ones who've silenced the critic.
They're the ones who've understood it well enough that it no longer runs the show.

Pillar 3: Evolution, Not Revolution

Sustainable high performance doesn't come from transformation. It comes from integration.

Every high performer I've worked with has had a version of the same experience:
a course, a coach, a retreat, a breakthrough moment that made everything feel clear, and then, within days or weeks, the old patterns were back.
Sometimes worse than before.

That's not a failure of commitment.
That's what happens when change comes faster than the body can trust it.
Like an elastic band stretched too far, before long, it snaps back.
And sometimes it snaps back further than where you started.

Real change, the kind that holds in high-stakes environments, in the rooms that matter, doesn't come from revolution.
It comes from evolution.
Small, steady, integrated shifts that become part of how you lead rather than another technique you're trying to remember.

This work moves at that pace.
Exactly as fast as change can actually hold.

That's the ground we walk on together.

Pillar 4: Safety Before Depth

You can't access your full leadership capacity from a nervous system that's been in override for years.

There's a conversation I have with almost every client early in our work together.
They've read the books, done the courses, retreats and even have the intellectual framework.
And they're still stuck.
Still performing while exhausted.
Still not quite leading the way they know they're capable of.

The missing piece is almost always the same: you can only access what your nervous system believes is safe to access.

High performers override internal signals constantly, it's practically a requirement of the environments you've built your career in.
But there's a ceiling to what cognitive understanding alone can shift.
The body holds what the mind keeps explaining away.
And the body doesn't respond to insight.
It responds to safety.

Real change happens through direct emotional experience, not conceptual understanding.
That's how the body actually works.

This is where bio-feedback & somatic body-based practices come in.
As the most direct route to the leadership capacity you already have but can't consistently access.
Because regulation isn't a detour from performance. It's the foundation of it.

Pillar 5: Connection is the real metric of success

Leaders that are admired by their team are the ones who stopped leading alone.

There’s a loneliness to leadership. The higher you go, the fewer people there are who really know what it's like.
The performance that starts in the office and doesn't quite stop when you get home. The feeling of being respected and no one knows the real you.

I've sat with enough women leaders to know they have their version of this experience.

External success without connection is hollow.

Beneath the productivity, the status, the control, there is one core drive.
For Connection.
When defenses increase, connection decreases.

The work we do together isn't just internal. It's relational.
What becomes possible in your leadership & authority when you don’t wear the old armor?

Imagine the ability to walk into the hardest room and still be recognisably yourself.

Growth and wholeness isn’t about becoming more, it’s about uncovering what’s already there.

It comes from being genuinely connected.
To yourself.
To the people you lead.
To the life you're building while you're building your career.

And it's where we end up every time.
